China's GDP growth rate in the first quarter of 2024 beat market expectations to reach 5.3 percent. What help China maintain its strong economic growth? And what can be learned? Erik Solheim, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations　shared his observation in this regard.

According to Solheim, China has an industrial ecosystem which is unmatched in the world, and a highly educated working class. This is largely lacking both in the West and in the developing nations.
